I have tried to find the original deed for this house on 12 Osgood St. My Heffernan great grandparents bought the house in 1897 soon after it was moved to Salem. I have found their deed but I have tried tracing it back to Thaddeus Gwinn and have been unsuccessful. At that time Thaddeus Gwinn bought land and buldings in Ipswich. Would like to access your information on the house before and during the moving of the building. Was it originally in Salem or possibly Ipswich? Looking forward to hearing from you regardng the house at 12 Osgood St.
