Jasen Walsh
Later in late 1989ish this house was bought by Micheal & heather Walsh. Heathers father was a plumber by trade and helped her do some renovations installing new copper drains threw out the house for them. Walsh plumbing later did some repairs but the boiler is an original at least up untill Micheal passed away in early 2021 the house has since been sold and has a current building permit in the window as of November 2021. The boiler was an old arcoliner coal fired steam boiler {later to become American standard} that was later converted to oil and was still in good shape as of 2021. This boiler served the 2nd and 3rd floor and a separate one was installed for the 1stfloor unit most likely to separate the services. My uncle Sean lived on the first floor untill about 2016 when he died of cancer at approx 54 yrs of age. His next oldest brother Kevin walsh moved intonthe 1st floor after Sean's passing and only recently moved out after the eldest brother and the home owner Micheal passed away from a long on and off battle with cancer.
Thank youÂ
